Ingredients: Organic Rose Petal, 100% Organic Olive Oil
Directions: Apply directly onto the skin. May add 1 - 3 dropperfuls of oil into bath water and soak for at least 15 minutes. Apply directly to scar tissue to speed up healing and fade the appearance of old and new scars. Can be applied directly onto the face if your skin complexion is dry / non-oily. Do not apply on face if you have oily skin.
Rose
Rose oil is obtained from the petals of difference Rosa species especially Rosa centifolia L. and Rosa damascena Mill. Roses originated from the Middle East but are cultivated all over the world. The main components of rose oil are terpenes, glycosides, flavonoids, and anthocyanins.
In Persian Medicine , rose oil has been alleged to have anti-inflammatory, anti-infective and wound healing activities and has been used for relieving headache, hemorrhoids, inflammatory conditions of gastrointestinal tract, and muscular pain. Rose oil has revealed wide spectrum of antibacterial and antifungal properties against some pathogens including Bacillus cereus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, P. fluorescens, Penicillium notatum, Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans.
Different therapeutic properties of rose oil have been investigated in human studies and the most important of them are analgesic and anti-depressant activities. No side effects have been reported from rose oil in investigated human studies.
