Each cleanse includes 6 bottles of juice and one wellness shot per day for a total of 60 bottles and 10 wellness shots. The 10 Day Juice Cleanse includes: 20 Green Juice, 10 Turmeric Wellness Shots, and 3 flavors of your choice. 
Directions: We recommend drinking 5-6 bottles of juice, 1 wellness shot, and 4-8 (8 fl oz.) glasses of water each day during a juice cleanse. Raw vegetables, fruits, and unsalted nuts can be included during a cleanse.
